Youth Environmental Action (YEA) club is a youth-led organization that was formed in Mai 2023 in response to the growing threat of climate change with aim to empower young people to take action on climate change and to build a more sustainable future for Djibouti. Ours Values: YEA is committed to promoting Inclusivity in growth Collaboration Innovation sustainability YEA's vision is a Djibouti where young people lead the fight against climate change. The organization believes that young people have the power to make a difference and is committed to providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Mission YEA mission is to: Empower young people to take action on climate change Build a more sustainable future for Djibouti Educate the public about climate change Advocate for policies that protect the environment Goals YEA goals are to: Increase the number of young people who are involved in climate action Raise awareness of climate change among the public Influence policy makers to adopt policies that protect the environment Create a more sustainable future for Djibouti Objectives YEA objectives are to: 1⃣ Organize youth-led climate change events 2⃣ Develop educational materials about climate change 3⃣ Conduct research on climate change 4⃣ Advocate for climate change policies The organization believes in the power of youth to bring about positive change and aims to create a supportive and empowering environment for young people.
