YeMuya Weg Initiative is a youth-led, impact-driven platform dedicated to advancing youth empowerment, career development, and professional excellence across Ethiopia and the East Africa region. We work at the intersection of education, skills development, mentorship, and dignified job creation, equipping young people with the competencies needed to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving global economy. Through innovative digital tools, capacity-building programs, professional trainings, panel discussions, mentorship opportunities, and job-market linkages, we bridge the gap between academic learning and real world employability. Our flagship achievement is East Africa’s First Youth Professionalism & Digital Empowerment Platform, developed in four regional languages (English, Amharic, Arabic, French) to ensure inclusive access. The platform connects students, graduates, professionals, entrepreneurs, and employers into a unified ecosystem that supports CV building, profession discovery, mentorship, skills training, internships, entrepreneurship support, and dignified career opportunities.
