YES Housing, Inc.(YES) was created in 1990 as a non-profit Community Development Corporation. The role of YES in developing affordable housing is typically that of developer / owner / manager charged with finding a financially feasible new construction or acquisition / rehabilitation development, assembling the development team (architect, contractor, manager, etc.), arranging financing, developing community relations, and establishing partnerships to benefit the development. YES Housing, Inc.'s mission is develop communities through building and revitalizing quality affordable housing, accessible social services, and bringing a dedication to being positive agents of change within these communities. YES acts as a positive agent of change by providing opportunities for a better quality of life to disadvantaged lower-income families as well as special needs and the elderly through social services provided at every development.
