We are Yisheng Development: a real estate project developer, investor, and asset manager. With more than a decade of development experience in the Netherlands and 25 years of experience in China, we have built a vast network and profound knowledge. Guided by our belief that the Netherlands offers an attractive and secure investment market, we decided several years ago to establish a lasting presence in the Netherlands with ambitious investment goals. We believe that we can only be strong by constantly seeking renewal and innovation. We do this with local partners, connecting our Chinese background with the local context.
