ylah® is a pioneering Swiss company dedicated to the groundbreaking field of digital health in psychotherapy. Almost half of the population is affected by mental health problems in their lifetime. Of those, about one third develop severe psychological distress that can barely be managed with traditional psychotherapy and online tools. As a result, many of these patients develop chronic mental problems, causing a high burden on society and the healthcare system. ylah – Bernese Swiss German for “engage, get involved” – develops and commercializes a SaaS solution for blended psychotherapy, designed as a medical device under ISO13485 standards. Our platform enhances traditional therapy by integrating a web interface for therapists and a mobile app for patients. This allows for tailored treatment plans and real-time feedback, effectively combining face-to-face and online sessions to create a comprehensive and adaptive therapeutic experience throughout the treatment pathway.
