Self-servicing capability provided on could platform so that users can analyze and share insights on the web, mobile devices or customer applications- Evaluated overall master data status of the client and implemented a project to harmonize material and vendor master data, which is critical for implementation of any IT system involved in Supply chain business- Developed a Purchase requisition planning system using historical sales data so that purchase order creation process can be automated to effectively manage inventory at client’s distribution centers- Integrated ERP purchase orders system with Logistic service providers systems (LSP’s) to effectively track overall status of purchase order and vendor shipments- Implemented an ERP solution to the client for creation of purchase order contracts with the vendors- Developed operational reports and executive dashboards to show procurement trends, Accounts payable on vendor invoices, On-time delivery and Vendor performance data.
