Yodesk is a web-based wellness platform. Founded in 2016 in an effort to bring yoga to those who don't have time to make it to the studio, yodesk brings the studio to you. Live as of January 2018, Yodesk seeks to make your organization healthier and more productive while lowering your costs. Yodesk reduces the physical pain and mental stress of employees who spend the majority of their time in front of a computer. It uses short and simple instructional yoga videos, each delivered via a customizable notification. After a short self-assessment, each user receives a personalized playlist, unique to their needs. The platform requires no download and keeps track of your progress, stats, and changes in your needs.
