I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor, certified by Core Power Yoga in Huntington Beach, CA. I will lead you through a practice in vinyasa power yoga, in which I combine movement to breath in a flowing meditation while incorporating bodily strength and flexibility into an hour long work out. I offer personal and group training. Personal training is a one-on-one hour long session in which I offer personal adjustments and assists to help you further deepen your practice and get the most benefit out of the practice of yoga. Returning customers will enjoy a personalized sequence and flow that works with your own body and style. New students, ask about a free first class!
