My yoga journey began six years ago - initially from online tutorials, before plucking up the courage to attend a class. Yoga changed my life - it's given me strength, patience and self-love. My teacher training in Goa, India was the best decision I have ever made - I love being able to share Yoga and its benefits with people. My yoga uses, breath and movement to cultivate strength, body awareness and to connect you deeper to yourself. Not only is the practice an amazing physical workout for all levels, it's also the best way I know to reduce anxiety, to get out of your own head, and to learn acceptance.
