Fibrofit Wellness & Yoga Studio overall mission is to provide our community with the most enriching wellness & Yoga programs in Central Florida. We have locations in Orlando and Davenport. We have expanded our services to the corporate level. We believe yoga is for every body. Our goal is to become an inclusive Yoga studio. Our instructional staff is dedicated to providing a safe yoga experience for all practitioners and their unique needs. We offer specialized classes such as Tai Chi, kids yoga, prenatal, post natal, yoga for therapy (rehabilitative), adaptive yoga (for those with special needs), yoga for athletes, seniors and Chair Yoga classes. In addition to yoga classes, we also proudly offer Zumba classes. Our Corporate services include: Corporate yoga classes, meditation, Tai Chi, Zumba, and wellness weminars and workshops.
