About Yoga Moves Us Yoga Moves Us is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building healthier, more connected communities through accessible, donation-based yoga. Founded on the belief that yoga should be available to all—regardless of age, ability, income, or background—we partner with local teachers, parks, and organizations to offer free yoga classes in public spaces across Sacramento and surrounding areas. We are powered by passionate volunteers and local ambassadors who bring the practice of yoga to life—on the mat and in the community. Our classes support physical well-being, mental health, and social connection, making wellness a shared, inclusive experience. Our Mission: To uplift and unite our community by making yoga accessible, equitable, and welcoming for everyone.
