Yoga Moves West classes encourages students to listen to their bodies and practice at their own pace as variations are given to suit the needs of different shapes and skill sets. So, whether you are an absolute beginner or seasoned yoga lover, we’ve got you covered with our weekly offerings of vinyasa flow, chair yoga and meditation classes. Mats, blocks, bolsters and straps are available for use, so no matter your age, fitness or flexibility, we are ready to be the guide by your side as you move, stretch, work, sweat, breathe, relax and be still.
