Yoga Netherlands is offering yoga and functional movement lessons in The Netherlands-> Private Lessons -> Corporate Classes -> Workshops *Also Online* Operating Areas: Breda, Rotterdam, Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Tilburg, and surrounding areas. Brittney was first introduced to yoga when she was experiencing extreme back and shoulder discomfort caused by long hours of sitting at a desk. After a few years of bouncing between different styles of yoga, she finally found a style that left her feeling strong, mobile, and pain-free. Brittney teaches a style inspired by Yoga Better; a style that is safe and effective for ALL ages and skill levels. The Yoga Better teachers have dramatically improved the quality of life of their students, especially seniors in their Houston community, and she can’t wait to share this style with her students in The Netherlands. The Yoga Better style is unlike any yoga class you've been to before; it is based on anatomy, mechanics, and functional movement.
