We are called a NETWORK because that is what we are - a friendly international network of people who practice and teach yoga nidra all over the world. At Yoga Nidra Network, we respect the South Asian roots of the practice and honour its connection to other indigenous healing practices. Yoga Nidra Network offers online and in person events including; teacher training courses, online retreats, monthly and weekly classes, books and other educational content for a wide variety of people. Our teacher and facilitator training courses provide you with the opportunity to be part of our learning sanctuary and global community which houses a gathering of expertise, where you can grow and learn through shared experience and evidence.
