In our non-hot room we offer a variety of yoga classes, including Kids Yoga and Pilates. At Yoga On Seven we offer classes for people in any stage of their life - come as you are. Our classes are geared from beginners to advance yogis, including Moms, Dads, grandparents, amateurs and athletes.
