YOGA PLANB by Melinda Spitzer, Yoga Teacher SYV, Instructor Born in South America and raised in Switzerland, I grew up with a deep passion for ballet, dance and movement. I spent many years in Berlin, NYC, Hong Kong, Geneva and Zurich, studying and performing dance. My vision is to be a humorous and encouraging example to my students. I want to empower them with compassion to keep evolving without losing their sense of self. Yoga comes to life when its benefits start to manifest in daily live, off the mat! Over time Yoga and Meditation became more and more important in my life and I started to move away from my performance to the listening to my body.
