Yoga Seven offers 30+ classes per week offered in person and virtually. Taught from a foundation of intelligent alignment and a sense of play, classes include hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative and stretch. We also offer a variety of workshops and many special events guided by our team of knowledgeable and inspiring instructors.
