We specialize in teaching ashtanga yoga in an safe and approachable manner by focusing on the internal forms of the practice. With over ten years teaching experience both Steven and co director Rhonda are extremely well versed in presenting this very unique style of yoga to a wide variety of abilities and body types. We also offer prenatal and postnatal yoga and kids yoga classes. We are located in south Austin just off Congress on Live Oak st.
