Yoga Sutra is about spirituality. We organize spiritual and conscious journeys with the concept ‘’yoga on a shoestring’’. Yoga and spirituality today has become a billion dollar business and is selling 200 hours yoga teacher training better than ever before. Besides from yoga we introduce you to meditation – techniques from both Buddhism and Hinduism, mantrapathy, the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda, tantra, Reiki healing, philosophies of Buddhism and Hinduism and we bring you to beautiful non-touristic parts of the magical land of India, or other countries (we also operate in Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia in general). These journeys are both for people who are new in the spiritual universe and are seeking an introduction AND for people with a lot of experience and knowledge, who want to expand and develop.
