Yogafit 4 Athletes

YogaFit 4 Athletes’ mission is to make a significant impact on the development of elite and professional athletes by being recognized as an authority in athletic yoga training. Our secret sauce: the fusion of physical strength, balance, and flexibility laced with mental training. YogaFit 4 Athletes’ exclusive service is aimed to peak athletic performance, enhance focus, and foster injury prevention. Our primary purpose is to amplify our athletes’ professional growth and greatness through our adopted culture of providing our athletes with a unique approach to achieve their goals, 100% specifically tailored for our athletes. As a survivor of a serious sport-related spinal injury, Britt Burkett, CEO & Master Instructor, has committed her professional career to developing athletes by embracing a proactive approach to combat sport related injuries. Though Britt practiced yoga as a vehicle of recovery, YogaFit 4 Athletes' programs are primarily intended to serve as a preventive practice. YF4A programs are all encompassing as they are designed to deliver physical benefits including: core strength, flexibility, posture, balance and stability, and increased range of motion. The element taking our service to the next level is the incorporation of sport specific mental training. Mental training can be particularly beneficial aiming to train the athlete’s mind to enhance focus, concentration, motivation, coping with pressure, and confidence. Whether it’s game day, practice, or the pressures of everyday life, our mentally fit athletes are trained to properly utilize their mind by recognizing the highly significant effect it has on their performance. Though countless athletic training platforms deliver optimal physical results, the influence of proper mental training is often overlooked. Tapping into mental focus yields insurmountable benefits for serious and competitive elite athletes. YogaFit 4 Athletes is more than just a service; it’s an athletic revolution.
