Yoganika

Yoganika is a safe space in Dhaka, Bangladesh that empowers women through confidence building, empowerment and deep healing. Founded by a passionate ashtanga yoga teacher and certified health coach, the studio offers a variety of traditionally styled classes tailored to women's unique needs. With expertise in Ashtanga Yoga and training from renowned instructors such as Sharath Jois the lineage holder of KPJAYI Mysore, David Garrigues, Director, Ashtanga School Pennsylvania, Larugua Glaser and a few others, Yoganika promotes the harmonious connection between mind, body, and soul. The studio also frequently offers workshops (in person and online) that foster beauty, confidence, self-esteem, self-love, self-empowerment, success and personal growth. Yoganika empowers women to become their best, strongest, healthiest, and most balanced selves.
