A non-profit yoga studio specializing in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition made popular by the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois. Founders and directors Heathir and Sebastien Monassa teach classes no larger than 8 people as well as occasional workshops discussing yoga philosophy and practicing yoga in the context of today's society. The studio is known mainly for it's Mysore-Style classes in which each student gets the individual attention they need in a classroom-type setting.
