YogaSix believes everyone deserves the mind-body experience of yoga. This includes true beginners (including “first time on the mat”) to the most seasoned practitioners. Our YogaSix Naperville studio enables members to experience the benefits of yoga by connecting you to an energizing, empowering and fun practice in a clean, safe, welcoming and state-of-the-art space. At our studio, members can experience yoga through one (or all) of our six core-classes: Y6 101, Y6 Stretch, Y6 Slow Flow, Y6 Hot, Y6 Power and Y6 Sculpt and Flow. Further, the studio offers both hot and “regular” (ambient temperature) yoga classes.
