Yogavijnana

Yogavijnana, Center for Yoga, Therapy, and Research, was started in December 2012 by Vinay Siddaiah with the intention to bring Science and Philosophy together in a more logical sense and share the science of Yoga to the common man in the simplest way. Vinay has nearly 12+ years in research in many IT companies before his passion in Yoga pulled me out of it to spread the science of Yoga. Now he has dedicated his life towards spreading Yogic wisdom. He has done his Masters degree in Yoga, RYT 500 level certification, and his main education has been in Iyengar Yoga where he has studied under many teachers across India. We believe that experience is the key to one's exploration in the spiritual path. So there is a lot of focus on experience the practice at the mental level. Apart from regular classes which are being attended by practitioners across the world we do specialize in Yoga therapy. We do conduct many Yoga workshops for corporate and at the center, meditations, silent trek, etc. Yogavijnana is not like any Yoga center, for us it is like one big family where we share with each other to help in one's spiritual journey.
