YOGI INDUSTRIES - Heat Treatment Process” a leading name in heat treatment service providers in Saurashtra region of India, started their journey in 2012 with only 3 persons & limited working space & equipments. Nowadays, we are capable to heat treat about 300 tons / Month of ferrous material with work force of 20 persons at sites of company. We have gained strengths & reputation in all kind of after forging heat treatment processes just like normalization, soft annealing, isothermal annealing, spheroids annealing, stress-relief annealing, hardening and tempering are carried out in our in-house metal treatment shop. Heat treatment of forgings is carried out in 4 electric and gas fired bell type furnaces with oil and water bath for quenching and tempering. All furnaces for heat treatment are equipped with automatic temperature control, measuring and recording instruments like 1600* microscope, hardness testers etc. Bell type gas fired furnace with 2 base, for spheroids annealing normalizing. We have established various types of Heat Treatment process, All of them are well equipped with various type of furnaces, high precision instruments like O2 Probes, PID controllers, Digital Temperature Controllers, Data Logger, etc. for smooth operation & optimum process control. We look after our plants & process equipments to keep them Everyday in the best condition, and for this, regular & planned Preventive Maintenance is done.
