Yolk Property Group is a private Australian owned company, with expertise in many facets of property. The multidisciplinary experience that is contained within the company, covers areas including property development, funds management, property management, asset management and project sales / real estate. As a developer Yolk Property has vast experience in the delivery of residential master planned communities, lifestyle land lease, town houses, apartments, retail, industrial, office, medical, retirement and commercial developments. In acknowledgement of the high standard of development undertaken, Yolk has been the recipient of multiple industry awards, and also received global recognition internationally for its forefront delivery of sustainability and innovation in development. It is also this recognition within the development industry that has led to Yolk being a preferred partner on several Government projects (Joint Ventures) in both land and built form, as well as family offices, builders, property developers and funds. The executive team has an extensive depth of property skills which has allowed it to purchase various property related businesses. Of note was the purchase of Rental Management Australia in 2019 with approx. 30 staff. The team rapidly expanded the business growing to 100+ staff in WA, QLD and Vic over 9 offices. RMA became the largest residential property manager in WA and a top 10 largest national company. The executive opportunistically sold out in 2023.
