Our pipeline covers cardiovascular, metabolic, and rare genetic diseases, with multiple programs already in the clinic: YOLT-201 (ATTR): advancing towards Phase clinical trial. YOLT-101 (HeFH): received dual regulatory clearances in China and the U.S. YOLT-204 (TDT/SCD): ongoing in IIT clinical trials. YOLT-203 (PH1): global phase II clinical trial of YOLT-203-PH1 is conducting.
