Through a shared passion for children’s health and a commitment to answering the obesity challenge for children, pediatrician Lisa Ramey, D.O. and health care advocate, Heather Quillen co-founded YoMedics in 2007. YoMedicsTM is dedicated to improving and enhancing the whole health and wellness of children by teaching the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle. Along with a team of experts, the pair has transformed sound medical procedure into a series of age specific, engaging and interactive programs intended to teach children to create balance and sustain optimal weight and health for a lifetime. Recognizing the extraordinary opportunity and collective responsibility to play a leading role in the wellness movement and change the direction of health for the children of this country, YoMedicsTM reaches out to parents, as well as schools, medical professionals, youth sports programs and other organizations.
