About Us Our studio of user interface design and characterization was founded in 2005 by an experienced team of UX designers and professionals. We specialize in the design and characterization of applications for iPhone and Android, software, and user interfaces. Our experience and work methods stem from the interface characterization and design work we have performed for dozens of organizations, companies, and entrepreneurs. We believe that creative characterization and innovative design yield smart products. UX The correct characterization of the interface is a deciding factor in its success. The characterization stage is the step that determines the infrastructure and foundations on which the entire interface will be later designed by us. When characterizing an interface, our initial focus is on in-depth research and the analysis of the user´s needs. This process defines the potential users for whom the interface is intended and the concept that runs throughout the entire characterization. • Arena – collection of information about the business arena and review of existing interfaces • Segmentation – segmentation of the interface’s target populations, striving for group distinctiveness on the basis of a common denominator • Personas – delimitation of target audiences up to the creation of a persona group on the basis of affinity with the interface’s aims and the user’s tasks • Quantitative information collection – collection of empirical data on the persona group and statistical analysis • Narrative information collection – observation of the persona group, interviews with potential users, formulation of a special-purpose questionnaire, and analysis of the findings • Research results document that brings together the findings, things to be emphasized while proceeding with the characterization, and the manner of actual embedding
