Yorkshire Psychotherapy

Yorkshire Psychotherapy is an independent therapy service based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire and servicing the wider region. We are a team of experienced Mental Health Professionals who offer private therapies for children, adolescents and adults. Therapies offered include CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Counselling and Clinical Psychology, for a range of issues and common mental health problems. These include stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), relationship problems, work related issues, anger, panic attacks, low self esteem, childhood issues, bereavement, and a range of other difficulties. As well as individual therapy, Yorkshire Psychotherapy also offers workshops, training and mental health advice, support and interventions for a range of businesses.
