All projects at Yoshihara McKee are grounded in solid working relationships, both within our design team and with our clients as good relationships facilitate the development of unique design solutions through an ongoing cooperative processes. We have selected a team of core consultants that we have worked with before and who share our values regarding issues of respect for the environment, modesty in our work and a desire to create excellent buildings. We have not worked with the selected cost estimators in our recent projects, but understand the value they bring to a team through our experience with other firms. While representing our ideas, we never lose sight of the purpose - to provide a clear explanation of the project’s architectural intentions and context as well as to connect the viewer emotionally to the project. We are constantly working to ensure that our vision is clearly accessible to the client, and adjusting our presentation to meet the requirements. We believe that the success of this relies not only on the most updated software and hardware but a flexibility to use a variety of mediums to find the best one to represent the project.
