Company History Since 1979 when Roger Mooney and Barry Pugh teamed to form Mooney and Pugh Contractors we have completed many high profile projects in the Inland Northwest. In 2005 we became Yost Mooney & Pugh Contractors, for our clients, the transition was seamless. Then again in 2016 with the merger of Yost Mooney & Pugh Contractors and Gallagher Construction Group. Cory Yost and Jeff Gallagher have brought their respective companies together to extend the legacy into the future and to extend the company’s capabilities to better serve our clients with a broader base of experience and expertise.
