You Are Not Stuck is a movement to empower people to pursue the lives they dream of instead of the lives they feel stuck in, based on the motto:"We're all lucky to have choices, we just have to be brave enough to make them." Founder Becky Vollmer leads sold-out programs that combine movement, breathwork, self-exploration, and action planning at some of the nation's top yoga and wellness centers. She also teaches online courses about empowerment and choice, and is a leading voice in the sobriety and recovery community. Becky teaches, writes and speaks on topics including personal growth and transformation, mental health and wellness, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, spirituality, recovery, and emotional sobriety. With a background in the corporate landscape (Becky spent a dozen years at one of the world's leading public relations firms), she is particularly interested in personal development and wellness in the corporate world.
