You First Relaxation

Having seen the benefits of practising a holistic mind set on an almost daily basis since 1994, I have now made a commitment to value individuals through holistic therapies. I have worked in various martial arts academies and have been teaching Tai Chi and Chi Kung since 2001 Having received my Reiki attunement, I practise Reiki both on others and myself. I am actively involved in supporting St. James' Hospital, Robert Ogden Cancer Macmillan Centre. On a personal level, the discovery of reiki was a groundbreaking experience for me, and opened many doors to my spirituality, I now realise that I can make a difference to how people feel and think about themselves. I believe Tai Chi; energy work and meditation have kept my mind and my body healthy and have offered me another perspective to my daily life. I have learnt to value myself. My holistic therapy education allows me to transmit this mind frame onto others. Through Swedish body massage, Aromatherapy Massage and Reflexology, I now have the power to bring a sense of wellbeing and value to others, this is my joy and I want others to experience it. All of this has brought me to creating You First Relaxation, an organisation to bring about value and happiness. The entire You First Relaxation ethos is focussed on giving. I enjoy the act of giving and hope to have a positive impact on as many individual lives as possible.
