Youth Organisations in Uniform West Midlands - YOUWM for short. We work with Army Cadets, Sea Cadets, Fire Cadets, RAF Air Cadets, Boys Brigade Combined Cadet Forces, Girl Guides, Scouts, St John Ambulance, Volunteer Police Cadets and Girls Brigade. We offer an opportunity to make positive change to the lives of young people across the West Midlands. Our organisations empower young people, who make friends, develop skills and abilities and build futures. We encourage adult volunteers to join our organisations and experience the joy of helping young people whilst enhancing their own skills and experiences. Our organisations work together to realise a shared aim of offering young people quality opportunities to achieve their full potential
