Youfit Life

In October 2019, in Calgary, AB, Danny Arnold, the CEO, and Dani Dapula, the Director of People and Culture of YouFit Life, takes fitness to the next level to make it more accessible, affordable, and achievable. YouFit Life is born with the ideology that fitness is a lifestyle rather than a quick fix or a short-term treatment option. YouFit Life started with two YouFitters at a local gym. Today, YouFit has grown its YouFitter community to approximately 50 members across North America. These members take advantage of YouFit Life's various platforms - virtual personal training, at-home personal training, and online programming. Our Mission Support and strengthen the YouFitter community towards lifestyle goals through education on using proper form, replacing diets and restrictions with balanced meals, and strengthening the mind and soul through relationships and resources. Our Vision YouFit Life aims to expand the YouFitter community on a global scale. We aspire to transform each YouFitters life into a happy and healthy one, anywhere, anytime, for ANY BODY.
