Our organic mueslis are made with COLD-PRESSED organic oat flakes. That is, no heat is being used when rolling the oat flakes - unlike usual. That's why our oat flakes have a shelf life of only 2 months. In return, they are 100% fresh. The difference in quality is similar to that between a cold-pressed (extra virgin) olive oil and a refined cooking oil. Thanks to the cold-pressing, nutrients and oat taste are fully preserved in our oat flakes.
