Young Achievers Foundation Objectives: • Ensure the Foundation operates as an organisation that fosters the pursuits of juniors interested in golf • Consider and implement programs and events that will help develop, foster and promote golf for juniors in the western suburbs of Melbourne • to support juniors interested in golf up to the age of 20 History: The Foundation was established in the early stages of the development of the Sanctuary Lakes Resort to serve as a vehicle to develop young elite golfers within the Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club. The Foundation’s objectives have now broadened with an increased focus on junior development in all sports and the arts. Our Activities: The Foundation raises funds through an annual golf day, special efforts, sports-oriented luncheons, functions, and other events held during each year. The foundation encourages junior golfers to apply as a cadet or associate cadet, whether you are new to golf or not. It is through the help of the community that the Foundation can help the youth of the region. The Foundation will continue to expand its activities in the interest of the community and in doing so will look to our many supporters for their help and ideas to achieve our goals.
