The YBG was launched in 2014, and has grown to more than members! A healthy and connected YBG means a healthy, connected future for construction in Alberta. That's why the Board of the Edmonton Construction Association set the YBG in motion, and continues to develop it as a core priority. The YBG supports and develops construction leaders by-Creating events that cultivate personal relationships across the owner-designer-consultant-builder project chain-Delivering learning and mentorship opportunities-Working together to serve our industry and broader community-In all these things, the goal of YBG is to strengthen the construction industry in Edmonton for the next generation. Age is not a factor. If you're in the first half of your construction career, and working for an ECA member firm, the YBG is for you.
