Young Estates & Land Ltd,(formerly Young (Aldermaston) Developments) is a family run property company specialising in industrial property. Currently with Industrial Estates in Aldermaston, near Reading and Leighton Buzzard, near Milton Keynes we pride ourselves on offering our tenants flexible accommodation at competitive rates. Our estates are also unique as they offer B2 (General Industrial) use. Young Estates also own Paices Wood Country Parkland located in Aldermaston adjacent to our industrial estate, comprising over 85 acres of woodland. which incorporates 7 fishing lakes. Seven Lakes Fishery has been relaunched in 2013, after extensive works to improve the lakes took place. Lakes cleared, new swims created and repaired, some restocking and more planned.
