Young Executive Minds

Young Executive Minds (YEMs) is a registered Non-Profit Company (NPC) based in Johannesburg, South Africa that focuses on Social Enterprise Development Programs that expressly aligns with Sustainable Development Goals 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 11. Our main objectives are enterprise & skills development/mentorship programmes for women & youths, environmental & health intervention programs for building sustainable resilient communities through the Water Sanitation & Health (WASH) protocol. We double as a leadership accelerator and a networking hub to youth and women from financially disadvantaged communities. The vision was conceived from a passion to see economies transit from public sector dependent to public-private sector driven economies with measurable involvement of township communities through our advocacy networks and strategically designed trainings/empowerment programmes. We leverage the advantage that networking can offer to inculcate global executive mindsets in the youth and women to adequately prepare them to thrive in the growing complex world.
