Young Overholt @ Elm Grove Farm will bring locally grown farm to table fare to the people that yearn for that lifestyle or for the occasional dip into those waters, encouraging folks to live Y.O. Lifestyle. Community driven sustainable living is what we are about. An ode to the past, a modern legacy in the making. This is just the beginning, we are currently constructing a 1/2 acre traditional German hop yard and have planted vegetables, fruit and herbs. Will continue our growth with goals of bringing more livestock into the picture in 2021. Founded by Blake Overholt and Heather Overholt, a brother and sister duo. Blake has been working in the Tech industry for years helping build and grow start-up companies, while Heather is steeped in experience as a Sports Marketing director. Together they form a formidable team that will carry on and create the legacy that they are so honored and proud of. With a passion for bringing people of all walks of life together, food and great beer - they hope to allow greater access to organic farm fresh products. In 1887, Thomas Jefferson Chapman purchased this awe-inspiring piece of land, and it has remained virtually unchanged as it has been passed down through generations to where it is today. Our goal is to build out a model that can be repeated anywhere and everywhere, and this is just the beginning!
