It is about the way we see the vending industry, it is not anymore just a service provided to big corporation to keep the employees more focused on their work, it is about the quality of the vending and accessibility of your customers to the products. Being one of the first companies to introduce the credit card payments into vending, we can say that the effort with the system is big, but the results in matter of client satisfaction is even bigger. Another way we did improve vending is to keep the Vending machines always fully supplied, we couldn't have done it without Telemetry. This is not only improve presence of products in our shelves but also improves supply chain and logistic. At last, we tough our clients deserve more than just a product on a shelve, so we implemented "the Menu" that is always including a Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice with any sandwich in our Vending Machines. We think of ourselves as innovators, but we are not that innovative, we just bring to the market what others think is not worth doing it just for the customer. We will expand this system of novelty in Vending also into Schools, Institutions and public access areas. We always have something more to add as innovation to our system of doing this venture.
