Young Visionaries is a sustainable social enterprise that seeks to develop youth into purposeful, visionary leaders who understand their purpose, live it and have a positive impact on the society. Driven by the vision to empower leaders in an impactful and engaging way that draws them towards a clear vision and strategy during an age of purposeless living, Young Visionaries targets both the youth and young adults in Africa. Anchored in the need to have global impact and to make a difference in the world, Young Visionaries’ programmes seek to influence a sustainable future by addressing the issues highlighted in the sustainable development goals. With a focus on social impact centered on several SDGs including: SDG1 on Poverty reduction and provision of a safety net for the vulnerable; SDG 3 on good health and wellbeing through fostering practices that promote good mental health: SDG 4 on Quality Education through youth empowerment and capacity building, for lifelong learning; SDG 5 on gender development by empowering girls with the intrapersonal, interpersonal, and social skills necessary for prosperity in modern day society; and SDG 10 via the desired outcome to increase opportunity, income and power for the youth in developing countries, beginning with Kenya Young Visionaries Programmes include a coaching and mentorship model and engaging activities including: • Speaking: Public speaking, Motivational talks, Digital content • Art: Music, Live Performance • Entrepreneurship: Merchandise & Products • Events: Engaging events • Training: Coaching, Capacity building • Counseling: Counseling & Self Care • Mentorship: Personal goals and Career guidance • Network: An extensive network of youth leaders • Digital: A vibrant online community through valuable content Young Visionaries seeks strategic partnerships with both delivery partners - mentors/coaches/speakers/facilitators/trainers as well and funding partners interested in social development and impact work.
