Youngwirth Law PLLC is a labor and employment law firm based in Poughkeepsie, New York. It provides effective, dynamic and specialized legal counsel to employers in the Hudson Valley. The firm was founded in 2023 by attorney Brooke D. Youngwirth. For more than 12 years, Ms. Youngwirth has specialized in labor and employment counseling and litigation. Brooke is also approved defense counsel for employment and discrimination claims by a number of liability insurers. She is joined by attorney David R. Wise, as of counsel. David brings to the firm thirty-five years of experience in labor and employment law. Before retiring from full-time practice in 2021, he focused his private practice on management-side labor and employment law in both the public and private sectors. David will concentrate on specialized and select labor and employment matters for Youngwirth Law.
