Using Digital Signatures YouProof makes heavy use of ECDSA (short for Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm). Thanks to ECDSA technology, the authenticity of your posts is under your exclusive control. Why? To create a digital signature, you need a special phrase similar to a very long and secure password. With youProof, this phrase is securely generated and stored exclusively on your own devices. Access to the youProof App is also secured with biometric authentication. Only you have the key — a special phrase — to access and manage your digital identity.
