Our public education system is in need of repair. Educators are overwhelmed and burning out in record numbers. 50% of new teachers leave the profession within the first five years, and 50% of administrators leave their schools within three years. I’ve pioneered a human-based process that improves the lives of educators and students and transforms the way educators “do school.” My process addresses both the internal and external drivers that lead to burnout and systems failure. Each of the three tiers of my 3D Vision (intellect, insight, intuition) builds on one another and reminds educators why they went into the profession in the first place—to positively impact the lives of their students. Our mission is to create a more equitable and inclusive education system by using its greatest assets—the people. By applying research-based strategies to address those issues (via school-work), we build the individual will and collective capacity to create the schools that our students need.
