YBN was started in January of by Bert Carder and Susie Fields, the owners of two other successful businesses in the salon industry, Passion: A Salon and Salon Training International. YBN’s goal is to provide beauty professionals with cost-effective business management tools, education and support to help them operate their businesses effectively and profitably. Users use YBN’s proprietary online business management tools for “Marketing, Recruiting, Scheduling and Management,” making to easier to manage all the different areas of their business from one simple place. YBN also provides users with monthly marketing promotions to drive their sales, as well as articles and audios lessons to help them keep learning.
