Your Conflict Coach

A conflict coach serves the same purpose as any other kind of coach. You hire a coach to help with fitness progress, career progress, financial progress and more… Sometimes we need help from a trained expert with conflict and relationships too! A conflict coach is not a therapist or a mediator. Therapists often focus on treating and managing mental health conditions. Mediators manage specific disputes and help people come to mutually agreed upon resolutions. While I will recognize and recommend when those things are necessary, my job is different. Conflict coaching bridges the gap between therapy and mediation. A conflict coach can provide feedback, guidance, and tools that will help reframe conflicts that are plaguing your day-to-day life, and hopefully improve your response to emotional conflict in the future. Most of us have never been exposed to constructive conflict resolution. The goal is to shift your understanding of conflict so you handle it in a way that results in relationship growth, not destruction. And there’s no shame in needing help with that.
