Your Focused Physio was founded in 2021 by our owner and Senior Physiotherapist Justin Stone. We use a holistic approach which represents a progressive blend of traditional science of Physiotherapy with contemporary visions on improving rehab outcomes through fun and interactive rehab plans utilising: Pilates, Yoga and over 14 years of martial arts experience. Our integrated physiotherapy produces better long term outcomes as we believe that we need to restore normal functional and then rehabilitate and prevent future issues before they occur.
